Description: Yerba Maté originates in parts of South America such as Brazil, Argentina, and Uruguay. It is a daily ritual for all the locals to drink the leaf from a hollowed out gourd or wooden cup called a maté; with a filtered straw called a bombilla. It is full of vitamins and minerals and is an excellent source of energy.
Ingredients: organic yerba maté.
Brewing Instructions: Less than boiling water, will sustain three infusions. Or use your traditional maté with bombilla! (medium caffeine, high antioxidant)
