Our Story
A little about the owner:
Aunt Jenn's Tea & Spice Shop was founded in 2011 by Jennifer Malone Fidel. Aunt Jenn has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Minor in Marketing from Florida Southern College. She is a teaologist, herbalist, and can throw down in the kitchen with her custom spice blends. The company is named "Aunt Jenn's" because Jennifer is the aunt to fifteen nieces and nephews; one great nephew and one great niece. Her granny, Myrtle B., use to brew sun tea on the back porch...out in the country in Alabama. She grew up close to New Orleans and has an affinity for Cajun spices. Her favorite type of tea is Oolong and she drinks a Yerba Maté/Moringa blend every morning for energy. She truly has a passion for tea and for every customer who comes through the shop to "feel like you're at home."
About the shop:
We have a brand new storefront located at 2420 Wilton Manors, FL. 33305. Or you can visit our OG location at the Yellow Green Farmer's Market in Hollywood, FL! We carry organic and kosher certified products, free of artificial flavoring and synthetic sugars. We have over 65 teas, 25 spice blends, about 150 different individual herbs and spices. And if it's not on the shelf, it probably can be blended! We have a tea bar; where we sling out some delicious concoctions like matcha lattes, bubble teas, and seasonal specialty drinks. Come sip with us!
