Shipping Policy

Our mission is to provide the best products and service to our customers at the best prices possible.  We take pride in our company, our commitment to our community and in the products we sell.  We ship all packages via USPS, this service includes tracking and delivery in 1-4 business days once shipped, barring unexpected delays while in transit.  Once an order is shipped and accepted by USPS, responsibility transfers to the carrier.  Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

All orders are hand-packed at our storefront in Wilton Manors, Florida within 5 days of when you place your order online. Delays may occur if an item is running low on inventory or inadvertently out of stock.  There may also be delays from USPS and/or our shop fulfilling orders during hurricane season.  In addition, orders may be delayed or put on hold if they are red flagged as "fraudulent" by the Shopify system.

*All orders of $75 or more qualify for free shipping. Free shipping applies only for standard shipping within the U.S.  At this time, we only ship within the United States.

*All in-person pickup orders not retrieved after 30 days will be subject to cancellation and issued an online store credit. 

Lost or Delayed Packages:

If a package is delayed or appears lost, we will assist in filing a USPS search or insurance claim.  Refunds or replacements are issued only after USPS officially confirms the package as lost.

Incorrect Address:

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address are the customer's responsibility. Reshipping fees apply.

Refund or Replacement Policy for Lost Packages:

No refunds or replacements are given until USPS confirms loss (can take 7-14+ days)

*What happens when a package is lost?

  • A USPS missing mail search is opened.
  • USPS investigates and attempts delivery.
  • If USPS confirms the package is lost, insurance applies. (All of our shipments are insured up to $50.)
  • A refund or replacement is issued promptly once confirmation is received.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone due to excessive or abusive communication.
