Shipping Policy

Our mission is to provide the best products and service to our customers at the best prices possible. We take pride in our company, our commitment to our community and in the products we sell. We ship all packages via USPS, this service includes tracking and delivery in 1-4 business days, barring unexpected delays while in transit. We do not guarantee refunds for lost shipments due to USPS errors. Once the package leaves our hands, it is out of our control.
All orders are hand-packed at our storefront in Wilton Manors, Florida within 5 days of when you place your order online. Delays may occur if an item is running low on inventory or inadvertently out of stock. There may also be delays from USPS and/or our shop fulfilling orders during hurricane season. In addition, orders may be delayed or put on hold if they are red flagged as "fraudulent" by the Shopify system. *All orders of $75 or more qualify for free shipping. Free shipping applies only for standard shipping within the U.S. At this time, we only ship within the United States.
*All in-person pickup orders not retrieved after 60 days will be subject to cancellation and a $10 restocking fee.
