Aspalathus linearis
Description: Rooibos, (pronounced: ROY-boss), comes from the fermented leaves of the Aspalathus linearis shrub, a plant native to South Africa. Also known as red tea or red bush tea. It is traditionally enjoyed with milk and honey or sugar.
Ingredients: organic rooibos (no caffeine, medium antioxidant)
Brewing Instructions:
Use 1 teaspoon of tea leaves per 8 oz of water. Steep in just boiled water that is around 200°F-212°F, for 3-5 minutes or longer, depending on taste.
