Description: Dried moringa leaves have been know to have three times the potassium of bananas, seven times the vitamin C of oranges, twenty-six times the iron of spinach, four times the calcium of milk, and forty-six antioxidants. (no caffeine, low antioxidant)
Use 1 teaspoon of tea leaves per 8 oz of water. Steep in just boiled water that is around 200°F-212°F, for 3-5 minutes or longer, depending on taste.
