Lemon Balm

Botanical Name: Melissa officinalis
Description: Lemon balm has a gentle lemon scent and is in the mint family of plants. It is often used as an herbal tea for its purported antibacterial and antiviral properties, as well as for reducing stress and inducing sleep. (no caffeine, low antioxidant)
Brewing Instructions: Use 1 teaspoon of tea leaves per 8 oz of water. Steep in just boiled water that is around 200°F-212°F, for 3-5 minutes or longer, depending on taste.
