Directions: Add blend to 6 cups of boiling water, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and steep for 1 hour. Strain, and add 2 cups or more of raw honey. (more honey = thicker syrup) Add a swig of vodka (optional) for extra shelf life. Refrigerate in a glass mason jar. Yields 32 oz. of syrup.
