Botanical Name:  Taraxacum officinale

Description:  Dandelion is a member of the sunflower family that produces toothed leaves with high levels of iron, calcium and vitamins A, C and K.  May help with kidneys, liver, gallbladder, cholesterol, blood sugar and pressure, immune and digestive systems.  Also considered a diuretic.  (no caffeine, low antioxidant)

Brewing Instructions:
Use 1 teaspoon of tea leaves per 8 oz of water. Steep in just boiled water that is around 200°F-212°F, for 3-5 minutes or longer, depending on taste.
