Description: A flat tummy blend to help with weight loss. Minty green tea flavors with the spiciness of licorice and cardamom.
Ingredients: organic green tea; dandelion, lemon balm, licorice root, fennel, caraway, and cardamom. (low caffeine, high antioxidant)
Brewing Instructions:
Use 1 teaspoon of tea leaves per 8 oz of water. Steep in just boiled water, around 175°F, for 3-5 minutes. Green tea needs a lower temperature than black teas. If you had a cup of green tea that was too bitter, chances are you used water that was too hot.
