Description: This is probably one of the healthiest teas we carry. Pungent and spicy with a warmth ending, an excellent anti-inflammatory.
Ingredients: organic ginger root , turmeric, peppermint, amalaki, rosemary, cinnamon, black pepper, oregano (no caffeine, high antioxidant)
Brewing Instructions:
Use 1 teaspoon tea leaves per 8 oz of water. Steep in water that is nearly boiling (175°F-200°F) for 3-5 minutes.
