Description: Ras El Hanout roughly translates to "head of shop." Each spice shop has their own blend and it's basically the best spices that the head shop keeper would have to offer. This is our blend made by Aunt Jenn. It's excellent on homemade shackshuka. Sprinkle on steak, shrimp, rice, couscous, or in chili.
Ingredients: coriander, caraway, bay leaf, turmeric, fenugreek, cumin, nutmeg, chile, and paprika.
