Description-This velvet-soft blend uses marshmallow root and slippery elm to coat raw tissues, while ginger and lemon provide a warming, restorative boost.
Ingredients: peppermint, ginkgo leaves, orange+turmeric+pumpkin spices, safflower petals. (no caffeine, medium antioxidant)
Brewing Instructions: Use 1 teaspoon of tea leaves per 8 oz of water. Steep in just boiled water that is around 200°F-212°F, for 3-5 minutes or longer, depending on taste.
