Botanical Name: Cymbopogon citratus, syn. Andropogon citratrus
Description: Cut into approximately 1 inch long pieces. Used for herbal teas, sachets, dream pillows, and bath herbs. Has a distinct lemony flavor and high astringency. May boost your mood and known to be a "happy" herbal. (no caffeine, low antioxidant)
Brewing Instructions:
Use 1 teaspoon of tea leaves per 8 oz of water. Steep in just boiled water that is around 200°F-212°F, for 3-5 minutes or longer, depending on taste.
